NVIDIA + SB Energy PORTS-Pike campus; OpenAI is the tenant
NVIDIA announced a partnership with SB Energy at the PORTS-Pike Technology Campus in Pike County, Ohio: NVIDIA is exclusive AI compute provider; SB Energy builds, owns, and operates under a 20-year lease; OpenAI is the customer. Initial capacity is 4.25 IT-GW, with an option on the remaining 3.75 IT-GW (8 IT-GW total for OpenAI). NVIDIA is investing $1.5B in SB Energy. Phased online start is expected in 2028.
